Yes. Every Myth & Muse gown is made to order — crafted individually for you with care and intention.
This approach allows us to offer custom sizing, minor fabric or color adjustments, and ensure each piece is truly one of a kind.

What is the production time?

Each gown requires approximately 3–5 weeks for production and 1–2 weeks for shipping, depending on design complexity and atelier volume.
If you have a specific event date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm if we can meet your timeline.

Can I request custom changes?

Small design adjustments — such as color tone, sleeve style, train length, or embellishment details — are often possible.
For more extensive customization or pattern modifications, please reach out prior to placing your order.

How do I send my measurements?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a detailed measurement guide to ensure an ideal fit.
You may also include your measurements in the Order Notes section at checkout, including bust, waist, hips, hollow to floor, and height (with shoes).

Can I cancel or return my order?

As each gown is handcrafted specifically for you, all sales become final once production has begun.
If you need to make changes or cancel shortly after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using tracked express couriers.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my gown needs adjustments after arrival?

Minor alterations are sometimes required for made-to-measure garments.
We include seam allowances where possible to make local tailoring simple and safe.

How should I care for my gown?

Our gowns are crafted from delicate materials such as lace, tulle, and organza.
We recommend professional dry cleaning only, and storing your gown in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
